Pre-Order FAQ's

Terms and Conditions of our Pre-Order Policy

Products marked as “pre-order” will be Sent as soon as stock arrives to our store, unless there is a pre-defined retail release date from a supplier that we are required to adhere to. In this situation, your pre-order product will be HELD FROM SENDING until its official release date.

Orders With A Pre-Ordered Item

If your order contains both a pre-order product and additional stocked items, please note that we will HOLD THE ENTIRE from dispatch or pick-up until the pre-order product is stocked in to our warehouse or the official release date for the pre-order product has arrived

Orders With Multiple Pre-Order Items

If your order contains multiple pre-order products and/or additional stocked products, please note that we will HOLD THE ENTIRE from dispatch or pick-up until the final pre-order product is stocked or the official release date for the final pre-order product has arrived.

NO CANCELLATION / REFUND

Once you place your order, your order is final, NON-CANCELABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE
